Walk-In Group Guidelines
While we encourage walk-in groups, and we appreciate your patronage, we do not reserve lanes. Instead, we have a few guidelines we would like for you and your group to follow:
- Call ahead and let us know how many people you are expecting. It will help our staff to accommodate you comfortably. We can also give you an idea how busy we might be during your visit.
- If your group plans to bowl, let us know so we can do our best to have lanes set aside. We do not reserve lanes, but we do keep a waiting list so get can you your lanes as quickly as possible.
- Do not spread your group out unnecessarily. Please check in with staff when you arrive. We ask that you do not move tables and chairs together without the assistance of our staff. Kindly leave adequate chairs and seating for other guests.
- Call to let us know when you are delayed or your group number changes. We want to do all we can to make your group experience at Sun Mountain Fun Center enjoyable.
